- DISCOVERY
To understand the requirements and goals of each open position and how it fits into the larger vision of your organization. The easiest way to start is to complete our online job submission at your convenience or schedule a brief call with one of our Talent Analysts.
- INTERNAL REVIEW
On each open role to determine how our process and methodology can help you. Not all positions or industries are a great fit for us. If we don’t believe we can provide you with incredible results, we’ll make suggestions on partners that can.
- AGREEMENT
We’ll process the information you’ve provided us and compare it to the viable candidates that we have pre-vetted for you. While this is taking place, we’ll provide you with a position brief that explains our ideas for selection, compensation, and retainment.
- WHILE YOU WAIT
We run an algorithm built on established academic and professional research. We look at 40 characteristic traits and success factors that influence our opinion on who will be a valuable hire. We perform additional pre-qualification calls with candidates and only confirm those that we feel will be a great fit.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Including an electronic version of our terms and conditions for referred hires. These terms are available at any time, and cover our 20% payment structure, invoicing terms, and success guarantees. Once eSigned, we start facilitating conversations based on your preferences.
- ONGOING PARTNERSHIP
By providing consultation, opinion, and advice on our suggested candidates. Our highest priority is long-term results and value for our clients and we accomplish this by taking a stake in your success and continued growth. You’re only invoiced when our candidate is hired, and we stay in contact to confirm things are working well.
